· Unnie4U is an online store that offers a variety of Korean beauty and skincare products.
· Customers can browse products, make purchases, and write reviews through the Unnie4U website.
· The Company may modify or discontinue services as necessary.
2. Account and Rewards Registration
· Some services on Unnie4U may require reward registration.
· Customers must provide accurate information during registration. The Company is not responsible for any issues arising from incorrect information.
· Customers are responsible for safeguarding their account credentials and should not share them with others.
3. Orders and Payment
· Customers can place orders by selecting products on the Unnie4U website.
· It is the customer’s responsibility to enter accurate shipping and payment details.
· The Company charges based on the order details, and customers must select a payment method to complete the transaction.
· Accepted payment methods include Credit/Debit Cards (VISA, Mastercard, AMEX, Discover), PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
4. Shipping
· Orders are shipped from either South Korea or the UK, depending on the product.
· Customers can check the shipping origin of each product on the product page or in the product category. Products may be marked as “Korea Dispatch” or “UK Dispatch”.
· Delivery Timeframes:
o Korea Dispatch Products:Estimated 5–7 business days after dispatch
o UK Dispatch Products:Estimated 2–3 business days after dispatch
· Shipping Fees:
o Orders over £30: Free shipping
o Orders under £30: £3.99 shipping fee
· Customers will receive an email with tracking details once their order has been dispatched.
· We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
4.1 UK Dispatch Products
· Products marked as “UK Dispatch” are held as UK stock and dispatched from within the United Kingdom. UK Dispatch products are not Korea Personal Shopping Items.
4.2 Korea Dispatch / Korea Personal Shopping Items
· Some products on our website are marked as “Korea Dispatch” or “Korea Personal Shopping Item”. These products are purchased or sourced from Korea after the customer’s order is placed and shipped directly from Korea to the customer’s delivery address. They are not held as UK stock by Unnie4U.
· Packaging for Korea Dispatch items may be intended for the Korean domestic market and may not include UK retail labelling.
· By placing an order for a Korea Dispatch item, you acknowledge that the product is shipped internationally from Korea and may be subject to customs checks, local import procedures, courier handling fees, import restrictions, delays, inspections, returns or refusal by customs authorities.
· Where applicable, UK VAT may be included in the product price or collected at checkout. Any customs duties, courier handling fees, clearance fees, taxes, charges or costs not collected at checkout are the responsibility of the recipient.
· The recipient is responsible for ensuring that the product can be imported into the destination country for personal use. We are not responsible for delays, additional charges, seizure, refusal or return of goods caused by customs authorities, courier clearance procedures or local import requirements, unless required by applicable consumer law.
· Korea Dispatch items may be shipped separately from UK Dispatch items and may arrive at different times.
5. Returns and Refunds
· Customers may request a return within 14 days of receiving the product.
· Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
· Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases of defective or incorrect items, where the Company will cover the return shipping fee.
· Returns will not be accepted in the following cases:
o Opened or used products
o Items that have significantly depreciated in value over time
o Items damaged due to customer negligence
o Gift cards and certain final sale items, where permitted by applicable law
· Refunds will be processed 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
6. Limitation of Liability
· The Company does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of the Unnie4U website content.
· The Company is not responsible for any damages arising from the use of the Unnie4U website.
· The Company shall not be liable for service disruptions due to force majeure events such as natural disasters.
7. Intellectual Property Rights
· All content on the Unnie4U website (text, images, designs, etc.) belongs to the Company.
· Customers may not use or reproduce any content without the Company’s prior consent.
